This is a cursor set that I made almost entirely from scratch (the busy hand is from a template), and it goes with the Shield Icons I have posted. I'm sorry the screenshot isn't better - I couldn't figure out how to capture the screen with the cursor. Anyways, it's a simple triangle for the regular arrow, and it's dark red fading to a slightly transparent gray. You might not care for it on a dark page, because I didn't think ahead that far.
For the cursors, you need to hit "Extract all..." on the .zip folder, and extract to this directory:
C:\Windows\Cursors
If for some reason you need to place the files there manually, you just go to "My Computer", then to the hard drive, then to "Windows" and then to "Cursors". It is best to put them in a folder of their own so they can be found easier.
From there, you go to the Control Panel, Personalization, Change mouse pointers. The directory is the same as if you were going to change the Windows theme, and the link is on the left sidebar. Then just select the right arrows for their corresponding job.
I hope this isn't too confusing for some of you. Keep in mind that I use Windows 7 Home Premium so if you have a better upgrade, the steps might be different.
