This is my first attempt at making Animated Icons So there will be imperfections. I will work to improve my technique.
1:Malwarebytes:Spins inside the silver ring
2:control panel lights blink timer spins some of the bars move up and down and other lights and stuff.
to use an animated icon you must First go to the link below and download the Animated icon docklet.
http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=2074&libid=29
Then:
1. put folder "Animated Shortcut" at:
C: \ Program Files \ RocketDock \ Docklets
2. then copy and paste the folder "Animated Icon" at:
C: \ Program Files \ RocketDock \ Icons
3. copy and paste "An animated icon" icon to the folder "Animated Icon"
4.rightclick the dock and add Animated Shortcut
5.rightclick the new empty space on the dock / configure shortcut
6.set the image (navigate to "The name of the icon" in the Animated Icon folder)
7.set the path
