Thanks Rocketdockt to allow me share these skins to all Rocketdock users.
These are two skins about the anime character Suzumiya Haruhi.
Follow the steps:
1. Extract the skins
2. Go to the Skin folder in Program Files -> Rocketdock -> Skins
3. Put the skins in the folder
4. Go to the Rocketdock settings and select which you want.
5. Enjoy!!!
