You can use this customized logon screen with Logonstudio.
The rar file contains a couple of logon screens designed by me and the logonstudio software you can download it from here: http://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/downloads.asp
It's a free software
Install the software and then open the software's interface and then select create and select the logon one of the logon screens in the file or any other wallpaper you like you install in the software.
